Thie situation started back in November 28, 2025, when I found a lady by the name Judith Cain from Tolleson, Airzona. She was looking for somebody to take her Afican Gray Parrot for FREE. Just had to pay for the transporation from Arizona to North Carolina. She found this company called PPLC-AGENCY DELIVERY SERVICES, which she had used before. So with paid all the intinial fees 275.00, plus 100.00 dollars for boxs of parrot toys and bird cage. The shipment process started, bird was picked up on 12/03/2025. Several days went by and shipping company text for a veterinary doctors fee of 350.00 dollars. We paid the fee. Then another fee and another fee, for bird nanny and bigger cage and food fees. Still no bird being delivered. By this time 12/11/2025 a grand total of 1350.00 dollar has been paid. The bird has travel from Airzona to some where in Michigan. Their have been several emplyees we text back and forth. Just scammed the money from us, Mark Rosario, Thoms, No Last name, and Noe Sandy is somebody of CTO Company Authority. She just lied after lied and can not be trusted. The entire company can not to be trust, rip off scam. The address in Texas, is a residence, email is a scam, and company phone number (740) 898-1572 is dissconnected. With all the promise after promises lied too and just stealing older peoples money. And as of this date 12/11/2025 we do not no where this African Grey Parrot is, or the damage, or traumatized mental attitude. And most likely cruelty to animals.
