I found an add for a rental for a 3 bedroom home in elk river available for rent. They wanted $700 per month. When I called to get the address of the house to see how far it was from my work and childs school as well as inside photos of the home they asked for my name and email address to send me the details. I gave them my name and email address then opened the email and it was a credit check application that asked for all my personal email. When I asked to first send me details of the rental proerty, they stated I need to do this credit check first or they could not give me any detials about the property. They now have my full name, email address, and phone number. Please let me know if this company is a scam. Thank you.
