However the tracking number was highlighted in black ( not in blue ) so no matter what i tried i couldn't track it. The email thanked me for my order with them and specified the date of arrival from 3 to 15 days. Order: 1773511842056161 Tracing Number: track718.com/en/ March 24, 2026 After requesting a proper tracking number they send me the following. However when I keyedit in all the information came out in red Chinese characters. I couldn't read it. I also kept requesting for shipment of the products I had ordered. But I never got a respond. On April 3, 2026, I received the following email: Failure Notice You 55gal water container ordered from Easy-ser.com have not arrived after 20 days, and you're seeking assistance to understand the tracking number sent by the company. Generated by Yahoo.Scout Mistakes are possible. Mailer - Daemon April 3 Sorry we are unable to deliver your message to the following address. [email protected] No mix record found for March 9, 2026, I still have not received the product I ordered nor any emails from them. Their website has disappeared also. I did report it to the Federal Trade Commission. But they just said good luck and that they would not be able to help me. Sabino A.
