Tried calling Delta support but call ended up at 800-211-1212 instead of 800-221-1212. Agent identified as supporting Delta after hours and took confirmation number and details. Informed one segment of trip is still unconfirmed and thats why not able to assign seats. Charged fare difference on credit card and sent email with itinerary. Seats still not assgined and reached Delta support online. They confirmed it wasn't their representative and no charges were applied to Delta for that ticket. The email had a contact details of one Jasper Lawrence 833-846-4063. Called credit card to block payment.
