I received two emails regarding a charge through PapPal account, and I account no not use for Norton Lifelock Subscription. I called and was told I had to fill out a form the cancel, but they took me to a separate website where they are remote to my phone. I kept asking why they were not able to email me the form PDF. With me asking questions the individual got upset and hung up. 1-801-459-8199 was the number on the bill [BBB Scam Type: Phishing] [Business: PayPal - IMPOSTER] [Location: WA, USA- 98030]
