Looked online to buy a dachshund. Found doxiepupscreek from a google suggestion. Entered info to get a text back. They text us (802-304-0940) about purchasing dog. Said it was $750 for dog and $300 for delivery to doorstep. (Via airline). Payed via Zelle on 03/25/26 around 5:30pm. They confirmed they got the payment and said a company (GWT Express Logistic) would email me tracking info for flights on (03/28/26). The breeder quit messaging me and answering any calls around this time. The logistics “company” (other scammer) messaged us sayin we had to rent a crate for the dog for $1200. We paid and then we were told a few hours later than we had to pay an additional $1900 for “mandatory pet insurance”. When I declined they said the dog would be considered abandoned and I would get sued and in trouble with the law and wouldn’t ever be able to get a dog in the future. Both the breeder and scammer had broken English with what sounded like Chinese accents. Both sounded like men, possibly the same person. I have screenshots of everything. Emails from them.
