my Amazon account was hacked on 4/8/2026 I got several emails around 245 am I tired to email back the Amazon emails I said I did not approve this please stop it. the hacker changed my email and my phone number to theirs their email is [email protected] and their phone number is 18026617047. I go to try to sign into the account using the hackers phone number or email and it says that I'll need to send a code to the hackers email or phone number to gain access to my account. I don't want to do that. I want to disable the two step verification on my account. After I was hacked I tired to put in a copy of my id the front and the back of it to prove it was me. I've emailed and called several times to people to Amazon I'm still not getting any help. I do not know the hacker I also didn't give them permission. I've tired to upload my id under the two step verification thing I've also added them below everything else that I have.
