There is no phone number to contact the company. The number listed on Google - 1-802-766-9853- is disconnected. I emailed the representative and was advised to cancel my subscription on March 5, 2026. Representative (Carmela) advised SHE would process a cancellation of subscription. But I was billed again today for the product and advised that the product cannot be cancelled and that they would now process a cancellation. The product also does not work.
