Looking for Shih Tzu puppies for sale on the internet. Full Moon Shih Tzu came up advertising puppies for $500.00. I attempted to contact them but they insisted on completing an application which I did. They then insisted on a prepayment of the $500.00 before they would give me their address. I told them that I would drive 4 hours to Lexington in the morning and pay cash if I wanted the dog. They refused to give me an address unless I paid them the money first. I told him I didn't have a charge card and he was going to direct me to the nearest ATM so he could be paid. That is when I realized this was a scam.
