On Oct 31,2025 I ordered a fitbit type watch from this company. Order #89628. I received it.. A part of it didn't work. 100% refund quaranteed no questions asked. I emailed them they told me how to return. On Nov 11,2025 I mailed it back to Thomas Forget-Trudel 12655 69E Avenue Montreal, Quebec, Canada H1C1L5, This cost me $15 to mail back, If possible I'd like to retrieve this cost back also. Another address I found in some of their information was Thomas Forget-Trudel 365 Rue Sainte Catherine E St Unit#306 Montreal, QC , H2X3X2. Not sure if this helps. Originally they offered me $20 and keep the watch. They said my $ would be in my bank shortly. Within a few days of accepting this offer I changed my mind and requested a full refund. They tried to say they had already paid me $20 {that money as of today has never showed up in my account} so they were showing they owed me a balance do me of $49. They said the money would be in my account within 5-10 days. I told them I had not received the $20 and wanted $69 in my account. The money has never made it to my account. I notified them several times and have those dates if you need them. I told them the money still has not come. The last contact I had with them was Dec 4, Once again no money. After this date I sent more emails wanting my money back. I think they have somehow blocked my emails.
