The online service http://mypassporthub.com/ is seems not to be legitimate! I am convinced they are scammers. The phone number is +1 833 947 2842 I do not have an address & I was unable to find them on the BBB search option. I don't know if they are in the U.S. or not. I applied for a U.S. passport on this site. I paid a total of $169.80 which included the following, or so I was led to believe... New Passport, DS-11 form Passport Insurance Priority Service Passport book & card. When I completed the application, before I could print it out, I had to pay for it. I believed after paying, this would transfer to USPS & I would complete applying at my USPS appointment. When I went to USPS for my photo & to submit my paperwork, they told me that I needed to pay USPS for the items I believed I had already paid for. I have requested a refund from MyPassportHub, but they seem to be putting me off by saying my request is under review. More than the money lost, I am concerned about the misuse of my personal information. [BBB Scam Type: Other] [Business: My Passport Hub] [Location: IN, USA - 46240]
