I have had several voicemails left on any phone with my name.. saying they are trying to serve me a summons -- the most recent said he was with NY state processing and they were going to garnish my wages and put a lien on my house ... and I could contact Jasper and Allen number 833-950-5581 to stop this from happening and gave me a case number with them. Called several times, Miranda from the Florida State Processing unit, on behalf of the attorney's office, Jasper and Allen, regarding a request for wage garnishment from the county clerk. John Cooper calls me and states that I owe some bank that I have never been with 2k dollars, telling me to call 833-950-5581 to contact Jasper and Alan,so he could take payment, and that if I didn't try to pay, my money was going to be lien from my bank and that I was going to be sent to court. I called the number, sounded official, but being smart and knowing how many scammers are out there, before making the call I did some research and found out indeed it was a scam, I left a special message in the answer machine. This was the message left after they called me from (615)845-9935 claiming they were calling from the processing unit in NYS giving me a courtesy call to let me know I was going to have a lawsuit filed against me and trying to verify my personal information so I hung up on them. They immediately called back and left this message “ Yes and we got disconnected or you hung up I'm just trying to give you a courtesy call so there is pretty much a summons today so you do need to get a contact with the filing party which is Jasper and Alan at 833-950-5581 I will also include your case number it is really like Victor K King 9610 Dash NY for the state of New York this is a civil complaint through the county court so please get in contact with them before this is filed and then you have to go to court thank you and have a great day…” When I call the number back if goes to a general voicemail and tells me to call Jasper and Alan. They are calling my ex wife have no idea how they got her number theyve called my dying grandmother im seconds from tracking their actual numbers and giving them a piece of my mind!
