I called Flowers by Eva at 844-320-5047 on 12/17/2025 to place an order for flowers to be delivered to a sick friend. The girl on the phone took my order and credit card information and then put me on hold to check with the delivery driver to see if the flowers could still be delivered that day as it was already 1:30 in the afternoon. She came back on and said yes they would be delivered. My friend never received the flowers, so I called Flowers by Eva back on 12/19/2025 and was told they attempted to deliver the flowers by no one answered the door. My friend has not left her home and her dogs would bark if someone was knocking on the door. Flowers by Eva could not tell me anything further about a second delivery attempt and that is would have to be investigated and that I would hear back from them within 24-48 hours about another delivery attempt or a full refund. I have not received a phone call, nor email about anything.
