On March 26, 2026 A Person/pre recorded voice left a voice message saying that there was a complaint against me and to stop further action being taken to call 844-977-4887, when I called they said that it was regarding a credit card that was in collections from 2013. That my papers would be served to me and were out for delivery. That if I went to court I'd be responsible for court fees and lawyer fees bringing my total to over $5,000 or i could pay $3,500 with $500 down $150 a month or a one time payment of $2,000. I told the guy they could just serve me then. I received a voicemail alleging that there were complaints against me, there were files in the office, and they are preparing to send the files out. The voicemail stated they would locate me at my home or my job. I was provided with a file number and a phone call to contact, stating: "In order to stop further action from being taken, you may contact the legal department at 844-977-4887. This call has been logged in recorded as proof of efforts being made to notify you."
