I received a call and sent them to voicemail. The message said the following: "This message is solely intended for ***** *******. This is Nick Stevenson. I'm in Carrie Wincher County, responsible for serving legal documents that you are going to need for your upcoming court appearance. I will be stopping by your home or place of employment somewhere else, to gain your signature. Failure to do so will force me to surrender these documents to the county as a refusal to sign. Also note, this can be considered a missed court appearance on your behalf, and the legal process may continue without you. Please contact the plaintiffs office at 855-291-1475 to stop the proceedings or press one to be connected to a live rep." @media (min-width:768px){.css-1w6dufj{-webkit-box-flex:0;-webkit-flex-grow:0;-ms-flex-positive:0;flex-grow:0;-webkit-flex-basis:auto;-ms-flex-preferred-size:auto;flex-basis:auto;width:calc(100% * 6 / var(--Grid-parent-columns) - (var(--Grid-parent-columns) - 6) * (var(--Grid-parent-columnS [BBB Scam Type: Phishing] [Business: Carrie Wincher County / Process server / impostor] [Location: WA, USA- 98296]
I got a voicemail from someone name Nick Stevenson saying they were going to serve legal documents from Carrie County and I had a court appearance. They said they would either stop by my home or job, and if I refused to sign the legal process would go on without me, and they would say I forced refusal. In calling back (just to gather more information for this) they tried to "confirm" by social but it wasn't even me. They call from an area code related to your number then tell you to call back 855-291-1475 for a live person. [BBB Scam Type: Other] [Business: Unknown] [Location: GA, USA- 30144]
