I called “ healthcare member services at 855 578 0037… I purchased a health plan from them after being misled by their agent, it turned out to be junk ! I made two payments totaling $225 for a plan by American medical technologists. I was lied to by the agent representing healthcare member services regarding my policy. When I tried to use it with my doctor whom which I was told was in their network, he said it was a junk policy and would not accept it so I called to complain and cancel the worthless policy and asked for and was told my refund was on the way “ give it 10 business days that was two weeks ago. I called back today, January 27, 2026 and asked about my refund. I was told it’s too late to cancel so I explained I already canceled 10 days ago . I was given the runaround put on hold and not given a satisfactory answer.
