I call came into my business, reflecting the caller as LG&E-KU, a male claiming to be a customer service advisor, was going to arrive in 1 hour to disconnect our electric service and gave me a number to call for customer service. That number was 855-886-2469. A representative stating her name was Cindy Johnson said last month's on line payment was declined ( it was not) and in order to stop the disconnection of our service, she instructed to go to a wal mart super center and pay by debit or with cash the exact amount using a bar code she texted to my personal cell. The phone number she used to text me was 239-364-2774.
