Initially contacted through website with a local address. After booking an appointment, website no longer active (day of appointment before showing up, website was gone). After showing up, they used improper inspection methods and cleaning methods (did not use a camera that swept entire chimney stack for inspection), and cleaned the chimney. Planned to return another day for repair/replacement of damaged hardware, and has gone no-contact since. Several phone numbers and names have been used to redirect customers, and limited paper trail. Used "Mr. Chimney", "Mister Chimney", and "Chimney Sweep Company" as company names.
