This was extremely concerning due to the fact that on their website itself they claim that to prevent scams they would never ask customers to send money via Zelle or Paypal, only accepting electronic payments. The website, emails, texts, and calls he got all had different phone numbers to call or text for "different departments". Another concern I noted was that people who had purchased from them spoke out on Instagram and Reddit, claiming that they received the wrong cat, a cat with severe health issues, or an incorrect breed/sex of cat. This is obviously a major problem in itself, but it certainly doesn't help that all those complaints also came with the fact that the customers could not get a hold of Purebred Kitties afterward. One person's cat allegedly died in only a year due to severe illness, and Purebred Kitties did not respond to their messages. They apparently made a new account pretending to buy a kitten to see if they would respond, and they did in 5 minutes. I spoke with the person who answered the phone on 877-277-3707, and he did not understand most of my questions I was asking.
