On 2/10/2026 I purchased airline tickets through Bestticketfare.com (877-369-2144), The price of the tickets were $360.40 for an overnight stay in Chicago, Ill. Afterwards I received an itinerary and a confirmation ID number. The next day I received an email and voice message stating that I needed to call them back because there was a small matter they needed to discuss with me. I was informed that my travel dates were not available and that if I was flexible with my travel times, dates and airport locations or if I paid a higher amount I may be a get the original itinerary that I first paid for. I chose not to change my itinerary and not to pay them any extra money, I also decided to cancel the trip. I spoke with a manager and asked him (Jacob) to please send me an email for proof of a cancellation. After waiting for it to be sent called them again and was then informed that the airline had rejected the request for cancellation. I strongly suggested to them that they please cancel the booking and that they would not receive any more money. Later that afternoon I received a cancellation confirmation for my reservation.
