I ordered an estimate on the value of my home. This was done online. The initial charge was $8 dollars. I have been billed $30 dollars a month from August to January. I had to cancel my credit card when I reported the unauthorized charges to them. I then contacted the company on-line and they agreed to refund the unauthorized charges. The issue is that Ibnever authorized them to bill me monthly. I wonder how many others are being billed for services that they did not request. The company will not give me their mailing address.
