I never ordered from this company. The website "www.wallworkoutstudio.com" listed on their webpage returns emails ( [email protected] ) sent. The phone number they use 888-235-1032 is for a 3rd party billing company who did confirm that I am not in their system, then refused to give me their company name, refused to give me their company address, refused to connect me with a supervisor, and then hung up on me. They have tried since 10/20/25 (which they charge $1.00 & my credit card refunded my money & sent us a new card), then attempted to collect $59.99 on 10/22/25, 11/4/25, 12/13/25 & 1/9/26 which my credit card computer denied the charges. I called the California Secretary of State, City of El Segundo who did confirm that they had a company listed, but couldn't give me any other information.
