I received a visual vm indicating banks and credit card companies were illegally charging people and to call 8883109015. I googled the #1st & read the BBB fraud warning but called to get their info. They claim to help people with credit card debt, I stated "I have none" I ask is there a fee? They stated yes, but couldn't give me exact amount.
