We need you to call us about an important matter regarding this loan. This is time sensitive so please call us at 888-360-2736 as soon as possible." Decided to google the number instead of call because I received two other notes just like it with different numbers. Received a fairly blank post card in the mail addressed to me telling me this was a notice regarding my mortgage with the lender and I needed to call them about an important matter regarding the loan.
