Placed the order 11/30/25 on Boot Barn’s website bootbarnofficial.com, received order confirmation email with an order number, stating it would email me when order shipped, if there were any questions about the order, reply to this email [email protected] . I emailed the website on 12/8/25 inquiring about the order. They asked me what payment method I used, credit card or PayPal. I said my debit card. Haven’t heard from them since. I found the phone number for Boot Barn online 1-888-440-2668 & spoke to someone that said their order numbers start with R, Z or BB. This was mine- 142198-1099240.
