At the end of filling out the information, I saw the I needed to click "talk to a person". When I saw this I backed out of the website. No more than a minute later I received a call from woman who asked about the request I filled out and said she was going to transfer me to an agent named Chris (888-648-0587). From there they walked me through the process. They gave us an Insurance ID number. They have our personal information, birthdates, first and last names, address and phone numbers.
