I called SiriusXM to add a new vehicle to my account 1-888-798-1987. They sold me a discount plan for 2 years for my current vehicle and my new vehicle for $225. Four months later, when my radios quit working, I learned that my original account had been canceled and another account opened in someone else's name (phone: 1-910-537-4262) and that new account had an outstanding balance. I learned that the "receipt" I had been emailed was fake and from: [email protected] (this is NOT SiriusXM's email). The "company" on my credit card was listed as: Digital Signal Service.
