They offered a service to update a router Then the router no longer worked They said they could fix it They said they updated the software They may have caused it to fail remotely to sell me the service I paid They then said go by a new one And refused the return my money They said they must charge me 149.99 for the time on the call And would refund me 249.99 on Dec 18 Today is Jan 22 and they have not refunded the $ to my account I feel scammed Their so called router billing team said check with your bank —-I did No $ returned Their number is 888 810 1441 Please help [BBB Scam Type: Online Purchase] [Business: Nighthawk router customer service/Infinity] [Location: CA, USA- 93308]
