A voicemail was sent to my wife - "We are trying to reach NAME This is a final attempt to assist you with resolving your matter in our office before we approve the stauts of filing the claim against you out of Erie County. To avoid the order against your assests, please contact our office immediately at 888-902-8671. This number again is 888-902-8671. Thank you". I contacted the number. The automate system stated "Welcome the Legal Department" and required me to put in my last 4 of SSN. I was able to speak to a gentleman who was not sure why I called, though the automated system recognized my number. Stated that and credit card company was pursuing legal actions - plans to serve me papers. I asked for more information and refused to provide more.
