Entered contest for free grocery box mid Nov. 11/27 noted charge on checking account to nextgenvibe Casper WY. for $75.85. Did not recognize purchase so reported to bank. Card closed and they investigated. 12/5 recieved letter stating I had entered contest and the $75.85 was a subscription fee and i recieved a $125 gift voucher. Bank closed subscription. No merchant name noted. 11/11 I called 888 914 4792 noted on bank letter. Optimal Solutions-a customer service provider. After conversation they verified subscription closed and i supposedly had recieved voucher on 12/27. Since i had never recieved it was going to be 1 time resent to email with a code and company information to redeem. Told this is a one time deal. Requested merchant contact number and told all contact was thru them. Did get an email but it had no code. Requesting a fee to recive a voucher. There was an email contact link but when emailed returned undeliverable. 12/12 recalled 888 number. Insisted I got code yesterday . Suggested i email merchant and I explainded it was returned as undeliverable. Finally told would resend. Implied they could see the code but when requested they give me the info they declined as "I would need the merchant info in the email to use the voucher". Again requested merchant contact information and was told contact thru 888 number. Retried email return as undeliverable.
