On January 4, 2026, I was requesting assistance through YouTubeTV to change my IP address. The Customer Rep that assited me (Robert Cook) informed me that other people were trying to bill for YouTubeTV through my account and he was blocking them....He then switched me to another line: (931) 922-3580....which turned out to be his personal phone number. He kept on trying to reassure me he was a Customer Rep. for YouTubeTV and that my channel locations would be restored to Detroit instead of Toledo. This person has taken advantage of a Senior citizen who lives alone and had just buried my 90 year old father a week ago. This scam has emptied my Bank account. I have no other resources to pay my phone bill, get groceries or prescriptions. Any response or resolutions will be greatly appreciated.
