Call from 937-230-3311. Looking to contact my family. Message states "My name is Laura Miller with National Process Service. This call is intended for ***. For a reference number ***-****. This is a formal notice regarding the noncompliance notice that is being filed against you. If you have not received the notice properly by mail, please call the litigation office immediately to request a copy to be sent out certified. Please note, this complaint can move forward legally without your consent within 1-2 business days. Please feel free to contact the office at 866-811-0028. Please consider yourself notified. Thank you." When returning the call, Jessica at Adams and Asst said I wrote a bad check for 2K from a bank I have never banked with in 2004 and am being sued for 5k. The same numbers has also called my wife mother saying I have filled a complaint against her for some dollar amount.
