I received two emails from Amazon stating my account was updated and changed as per my request I did not request any changes. I have reported to Amazon unable to deal directly with their fraud department only customer service to escalate a complaint. I received this email: The e-mail address associated with your account has been changed. The old address was [email protected] . The new address is [email protected] . and: Per your request, we have updated your mobile phone information: +19379821925 My account has not been recovered Amazon. I have contacted eight times and my account if I try to logon, says it does not exist. I cannot find my information, log on or use my Amazon fire stick for TV which I don’t care but it says my account does not exist. Amazon stated they may not be able to recover my account but make a new one which I did today but it is asking if I want to Join Prime and I was already an established for many years.
