On 11/04/2025 I made a purchase from helloice. I spent $57.98 on two rings as a birthday gift to myself. On 11/24/2025 I received an email from Helloice telling me to contact the Delivery provider: Gofo (USA). Phone: 949-688-6032. Because a failed delivery attempt was made on 11/19/2025. I contacted the delivery company listed above and confirmed there were no barriers and the delivery address was correct. They said they would try again in 3 days. 3 days came and went and still there was no package. So I contacted Helloice the company i made the purchase from on 11/27/2025 and asked for a refund. I also told the delivery company not to bother and to send the product back to Helloice since they couldn’t follow directions. They said they would. Helloice said they could see the product coming back to them and would send me the product back for $20 dollars. I told them absolutely not and to give me a refund. It has been nothing but back and forth with this company since November we are now entering into 2026 and the company still hasn’t issued a refund and they have the product. I ordered the product online and had signed up for the subscription. I waited 2 weeks and had no updates on when the product would arrive. I contacted the company by email (no phone number was listed). They responded saying that my product had been attempted to deliver but there was an issue and they wanted me to contact their delivery service: Carrier support listed on the tracking: GOFO, +1 949 688-6032, [email protected] . In my email I also asked for my subscription service to be canceled. I contacted the number for GOFO and they needed to verify my address, per there was an issue with delivery (even though I received no notices from anyone there was any issue) and I verified and the call was disconnected with no answers as to what would ve done going forward. Then i emailed Saphire back and let them know I had contacted GOFO and wanted an update on what would happen with my product and then i asked again about my subscription service being canceled. I received a response that said the same thing as the previous email, like it was copy and pasted. I went to the website and went to the subscription part to find somewhere I could cancel it and fhere was nothing listed except it said to email them. I wanted till the next day to request an update and they stopped replying to my inquiry. I contacted my bank regarding this issue and am having to request a different card so this conpany will stop scamming me. I hope they stop scamming others. I used a credit card to purchase clothing. I purchased pants, shirts and shoes on 01/21/2026 on the online website LightInTheBox. The purchase amount was $489.85 cents. The package was ready to ship according to tracking information on 01/29/2026. The package arrived at the GOFO regional hub on 02/08/2026 at 15:08. The package was supposed to be delivered to me on 02/12/2026. When the tracking information updated it stated Hold for Instructions Requested. Issues and Tracking support, contact GOFO at +1 949 688-6032 or [email protected] . I contacted GOFO and they informed me they could not deliver the package because the package was damaged. A GOFO representative told me to contact the seller to get additional information on how to resolve the issue. I put in about 6 tickets to the LightInTheBox email that I was told to contact regarding my purchase. I have gotten nothing but the run around from the person that responded to my message named Danica from customer service. Today on 02/26/2026 the tracking information updated and stated that my package was delivered. I have not received my package. Yesterday on 02/25/2026 I message Danica via email stating that I would contact the Better Business Bureau and pursue legal action if this situation was not resolved and I was not given a refund for my purchase. Today on 02/26/2026 when I went on the tracking link to see if anything changed regarding my package it said delivered. The tracking link is https://www.yuntrack.com/Track/Detail/YT2603000705666318. Order number #2601212186685141. GOFO Express told me they could not deliver my package even when I told them I would accept it if there was damage. They told me to contact the seller.
