Travis Frazier said he had a franchise of food and mobile food units called Faith Catering LLC. I signed a contract with them to lease and operate a unit. I would get 60% of sales I just had to get the licensing in my name and giving a security deposit for the mobile unit and a security deposit for a generator. I started to see a bunch of red flags and asked to back out. The contract it would be a 60 day wait for the deposit back. In this period I learned that he was on the news for similar scams in several states and was also a sexual predator. He has several ex wives that he has started businesses in their names and scammed them. He asked to barrow extra money to put down on a restaurant and denied and I found out recently he opened that restaurant and I believe he used my money to open that business. He has told me he didn’t have the money and was trying to work things out with his lawyer this whole time. At first he said my deposit was in escrow and couldn’t touch it. Now he’s saying some lady won’t give him the deposit back on the other mobile unit but at first said he had a franchise and I seen two different units with the name faith catering name.He is doing all this as a bishop in a church which he’s being turned down by at least one church that I know of. I catering a couple Sunday services for dinner and was never paid. He owes me over $7,000.Lastly he has changed his number and still trying to get me to sign new deals 9714721896.
