She received a gift certificate from my sister. In her email there was an ad for country store to get free shipping over $79.00 . She went through her email to get the reward. Ordered her items. Got to checkout and there is no where to put in the gift certificate. So she bought them anyway. She got a receipt. Today I called to find out about the gift certificate, I was sent to level 2 for that, they need a 16 digit number which I figure out is the credit card they are talking about. didn't give, I was sent to level 2 they couldn't do it so sent to high level customer service. This just kept circling around all the supervisors were in a meeting. Hung up. Decided just to call make an order and use the certificate, well got sent to level 2 again, they said I needed to talk with the main office but they are closed now call back tomorrow, I said why don't I just call them directly she gave me a number I called right away and it's the same place and not closed. got sent to level 2 again, wanted to send me to high level they wanted to know where I got this gift certificate. then she went off to a supervisor and then I hung up. so looks like 2 scams in one, that's when I started looking at my mothers order. the gift card number is 00059064. the order number is L3473478001 The phone number on the certificate is 1-800-558-1013 the phone they gave me for the main office is 1-978-215-3957 [BBB Scam Type: Online Purchase] [Business: the country store] [Location: CA, USA- 91016]
