I signed up for an app with the company named "work with shadow", supposedly a psychology/trauma recovery app. After the first month, in November of 2025, I decided I did not care for, nor like the app. I sent an email to the contact email provided ( [email protected] ) and asked them to cancel my account in January of 2026. I never received any email reply noting that my account was canceled. I was charged another $64.34 in January of 2026, which prompted me to send another email to the same email address, again requesting my account be terminated and stating that I did not want to be charged for the service in the future. In February of 2026, I received another charge of $64.34, a full month after I had already sent two emails requesting a cancelation of services. Again, I received no confirmation email. Fast forward to today (March 27, 2026) and I see yet another charge on my account from work with shadow for $64.34,. I sent another cancelation email and a demand for refund. I called the "billing support" phone number at (978) 432-0314, which was an automated line. I was unable to reach any actual person to speak to. I requested a refund and cancelation of my account on their automated phone line.
