Energy and solar solicitations added 50 complaints, led by 410-844-3936 with 21. Maryland has seen aggressive third-party energy supplier marketing tied to deregulation, and complaints at that concentration on a single number suggest scripted high-pressure pitches rather than legitimate outreach. Medical and prescription calls contributed 69 complaints as a category, though none of the top numbers are tagged to it explicitly.

Three of the eight most-complained-about numbers, 410-965-1234 at 69 complaints, 410-474-3331 at 23, and 410-335-5305 at 18, carry no category assignment despite collectively drawing 110 complaints, making them among the more opaque actors in this code.
