Three numbers account for a concentrated share: 925-906-2000 drew 14 complaints, 925-847-5100 drew 12, and 925-230-1432 drew another 12, all three tagged as calls pretending to be government, businesses, or family and friends. With 92 percent of FCC-logged contacts from this code involving live callers rather than recordings, these impersonation lines are almost certainly staffed operations rather than automated blasts.

Two high-volume numbers, 925-693-4915 with 25 complaints and 925-832-7015 with 18, along with 925-205-3220 at 10 complaints, carry no category assignment but together represent meaningful complaint weight on their own.
