Campaign Narrative

This scam campaign involves a coordinated network of four phone numbers operating alongside a fraudulent e-commerce website and potentially impersonating a legitimate debt collection company. The core phone numbers 507-906-9662, 562-566-5544, and 970-738-8795 are operating as part of the same campaign with high confidence connections (0.70), while 345-335-0243 has been reported together with 562-566-5544. The domain snugglewarm.com, registered through TUCOWS.COM, CO. on September 30, 2025, has been reported together with phone number 562-566-5544, and Credit Corp Solutions Inc., a legitimate debt collection company with 2,743 CFPB complaints, has also been reported in connection with the same phone number.

Consumer reports reveal a multi-faceted fraud operation targeting victims through both fake product sales and fraudulent loan offers. Multiple consumers reported ordering products from snugglewarm.com and receiving completely different items than advertised, with the company becoming unresponsive to refund requests via both email and phone contact. One victim specifically reported ordering two Snugglewarm robes on December 1, 2025, never receiving order confirmation or an order number, and being unable to reach the company despite multiple contact attempts. Separately, phone number 970-738-8795 was used to leave voicemails impersonating "Sally Foster with TD Lending Union," claiming to call about previous loan requests and attempting to contact victims about personal loans.

The geographic distribution of the phone numbers suggests a nationwide targeting approach, with area codes spanning California (562), Minnesota (507), Colorado (970), and the Cayman Islands (345). This broad geographic spread indicates scammers are attempting to appear local to potential victims across multiple U.S. regions while potentially operating from offshore locations. The connection between the fraudulent shopping website and the loan scam phone calls suggests a sophisticated operation that may be harvesting personal and financial information through multiple vectors.

To protect yourself from this campaign, never provide personal or financial information to unsolicited callers claiming to represent lending institutions or debt collectors. Verify any loan company by independently looking up their official contact information and calling directly. Before making purchases from unfamiliar websites, research the company through the Better Business Bureau and read customer reviews on multiple platforms. If you receive suspicious calls from these numbers or similar loan offers, hang up immediately and do not click any links in related emails or text messages. Report fraudulent calls to the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov and unwanted calls to the FCC. You can check if a phone number has been reported as fraudulent by searching consumer protection websites and reverse phone lookup services.

This campaign represents a moderate to high threat level due to its multi-vector approach combining e-commerce fraud with financial scams and its use of potentially offshore infrastructure. Consumers should immediately report any contact from the identified phone numbers or purchases from snugglewarm.com to federal authorities. Financial institutions and legitimate debt collectors should be made aware of the impersonation attempts to help protect their customers from this coordinated fraud network.
