My son recently tried to purchased a 24” weighted highland cow plushie through Instagram which directed him to use “Shop” app for faster pay and tracking. The name of the company and website on the receipt is Cuddly Highlands / https://cuddlyhighlands.com . We never received the plush highland cow nor have we received the $71.95 they took from his account. One of the with draws being $32.00 and the other being $39.95. Also the tracking was showed as “created” but then showed “Tracking Not Available” on the usps site.
