As with others I’ve read, I seen an ad on TikTok, the comments was turned off, I clicked the link to order, I was taken to an outside website ( us-primalhatch.com) I placed an order, I received an email with tracking information, a few days later I clicked the email link to check order, at that time there was a UPS tracking number link, upon checking it the package said out for delivery, BUT to California, I live in Massachusetts, I contacted UPS which they confirmed the delivery address was California, and would not give me any other information, I reached out to the company via the email with the order information, ( which also in the email confirms my address was correct and the company list ino phone number to call) after multiple attempts to contact them via email with no response I am now disputing the charge!
