I placed an order for three wuffy robotic pups from the getwuffy.com website, and received something totally different from the advertised product. Dollars Lost $76.77 [BBB Scam Type: Counterfeit Product] [Business: Wuffy] [Location: SC, USA- 29617]

I ordered a Wuffy Robotic Dog from the Wuffy "official" website on Dec. 31, 2025. They took the payment immediately and stated I would receive the item within 10-12 days. They didn't provide a tracking number until after several emails I sent to them. When they did send a tracking number and tried to track it, I received a message stating the number is invalid and couldn't be tracked. I've reached out several times to find out why I haven't received the item and all I get is the run around. The last email from Victor @getwuffy.com asked for my name, address, and phone number. This is information they already have when I placed the order. I reported it to my Chime banking and disputed the charges to hopefully get my money back. Then I saw on BBB website where someone has reported Checkoutera as a scam. I believe it is too. Checkoutera is what showed up on my Chime banking statement as the one who received the payment for my order. @media (min-width:768px){.css-1w6dufj{-webkit-box-flex:0;-we [BBB Scam Type: Online Purchase] [Business: Wuffy] [Location: VA, USA- 23947]
