On December 2nd, 2025 I saw an ad on Youtube for puppies that moved and wagged its tails. I ordered two of them one white, one brown. In the total amount of $65.00. It stated that I should expect deliver of them in 7 to 10 business days. That time has passed and no delivery. I called today 1-728-999-1883 .... I waited and waited until a man came on the line. He knew all my information be my phone number. He said my package is on its way it currently was in Indiana and should be here either tomorrow, or in a couple days. He would send me the tracking number via email ... I asked him to tell it also to me on the phone ... He said it was: UK 734711074YP it was coming USPS. I tried to use the tracking number ... it isn't valid. I NEVER received the email with the number as he promised. He reminded me it was a product of Lithuania. Wuffy AI Puppy – Consumer Complaint Regarding Non-Delivery and Misrepresentation I am submitting this complaint to report what I believe to be a fraudulent business operating under the name Wuffy AI Puppy, which advertises through YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. I am deeply concerned that social media platforms continue to allow unverified companies to advertise without thorough vetting, placing consumers at risk. Companies should be held to higher standards before being permitted to market products to the public. On November 21, 2025, I purchased three AI puppies from Wuffy AI Puppy. The totalspent wa $127.71. To date, I have not received the products. I have sent multiple emails to the company and have only received automated, generic responses stating that shipping takes 7–12 days and advising me to follow up if the items are not received. No meaningful assistance or resolution has been provided. I also attempted to contact the company by phone at 728-999-1883, but the calls go unanswered. The line rings for an extended period, cites a “high volume of calls,” and then disconnects. In researching this company further, I discovered numerous consumer complaints reporting similar experiences—either never receiving their orders or receiving merchandise that is significantly different from what was advertised. Some consumers have also reported unauthorized or additional charges on their credit cards, which has caused me to contact my credit card company again to ensure no recurring or fraudulent charges have occurred. This experience has highlighted the need for stronger consumer protections. Online businesses should be required to clearly disclose their business license, physical location, and country of operation. As a consumer, I no longer wish to purchase from foreign companies due to repeated negative experiences and lack of accountability. I saw an ad for Wuffy while playing a game called “June’s Journey”. It sounded legitimate so I bought into it on December 30, 2025 and to this day of January 21, 2026, the product has never been received. I’ve contacted them through support @getwuffy.com and even called them to no avail multiple times. I researched the phone number of 728-999-1883 and discovered that this is a scam. As many people have advised you, I saw a commercial on YouTube for a real life interactive robotic dog. I purchased 1 puppy on 12/22/25 as a Christmas present for my puppy with a heart condition. The email said it was on its way and as the weeks went on I continued to constantly follow up with the company through [email protected] , where I received the same generic response from Victor or that my email was not received as noted below: There was a temporary problem delivering your message to [email protected] . You'll be notified if the delivery fails permanently. Your message couldn't be delivered to [email protected] . Their inbox is full, or it's getting too much mail right now. Your message wasn't delivered to [email protected] because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail. I try calling them multiple times at 728-999-1883 which I discovered was a scam phone number. I finally found a phone number 656-221-1407 where I was able to speak to real people (Carolyn and Azel) and advised that I want a refund since I never received the product. They promised me the dog was on its way so I could not get a refund. I then filed a dispute with my credit card company. Over 3 weeks later the package arrived with 3 dogs that could have been purchased from a Dollar Store for 50 cents.
