I saw an ad for Wuffy while playing a game called “June’s Journey”. It sounded legitimate so I bought into it on December 30, 2025 and to this day of January 21, 2026, the product has never been received. I’ve contacted them through support @getwuffy.com and even called them to no avail multiple times. I researched the phone number of 728-999-1883 and discovered that this is a scam. Your message wasn't delivered to [email protected] because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail. I try calling them multiple times at 728-999-1883 which I discovered was a scam phone number. I finally found a phone number 656-221-1407 where I was able to speak to real people (Carolyn and Azel) and advised that I want a refund since I never received the product. They promised me the dog was on its way so I could not get a refund. I then filed a dispute with my credit card company. Over 3 weeks later the package arrived with 3 dogs that could have been purchased from a Dollar Store for 50 cents. (Unfortunately, I did not realize until later that I was charged for 3 dogs an [BBB Scam Type: Counterfeit Product] [Business: Wuffy] [Location: NY, USA- 10305]
