So I ordered products from a website I forgot the website now but the vendor said here's your tracking number here's the website it said my package was on hold because I didn't pay the "Urgent refundable insurance" they said I had to pay 250 in bitcoin and that's the only way it would work I believe the vendor is the one up to all this I've used many postal services before they usually come with insurance and it's always an option to buy insurance it's never a mandatory purchase I called around LA no one's heard of this postal Service I asked the customer service chat thing if they could tell me which address my products were at they couldn't give me an address on the bottom of their website it says they take American Express Visa MasterCard and stripe nothing about bitcoin this website is 100% a front to extort customers to get more money the only information I gave then what is my name my email and my address I didn't give it exactly to the website I gave it to the vendor now when I try to chat with the customer service they won't reply at all trying to get my $70 back because it was refundable right but no response at all and it even says they're online they're just ignoring me. At first I told them I don't have 250 I said I have 70 then they said OK 70 will be fine after I sent the 70 they said OK we need 100 more that's when I knew it was a scam and I know I won't get that money back even if I call my bank even if I do whatever they're gonna say it's your fault it was a scam can't get your money back I'm hoping you guys can do something about this maybe get my money back I don't know thank you [BBB Scam Type: Other] [Business: Global Express Post] [Location: TX, USA - 76040]
