Charge was $33.80 US$ and I was billed $49..17 CDN on my credit card. They gave me an order number and tracking number on Nov 1st. The shipper was hmgshipping.com. They claim they delivered the package on Nov 30th. When I try to phone them, their voice mail says "mail box full". When I go to the shipper's web site, it brings up an Asian Porn web site. When I go to the provider's web site, it only shows women's clothing. I've reported this to my credit card company. I received an email from a order tracking service (no-reply-aws.trackingorder.online) The email provided a tracking number to be entered at hmgshipping.com. The order was placed on Nov 2, 2025. I checked the order tracking every few days and it appeared to be moving along. Then on Dec 4 it indicated it was delivered but I didn't receive it. It's all spoofed and when you make a purchase it give you a confirmation email from Hong Kong and the part never arrives. It sends you to this address via amazona web services, https://hmgshipping.com/ with a fake confirmation number. Made the purchase of two suitcases on 11/10/25 for $179.99 after creating an account. The account did not show the purchase but I received an email for the purchase from hmgshipping.com with a tracking number. The website the items would deliver in two days and had difficulty tracking the item for several days. Tracking eventually showed Shipment inbound in sorting center at Wan Chai, HK on 11/12/25. After checking several times, showed delivered on 12/12/25 at 10:21 am in my city (my mail does not get delivered until early evening) 2025-12-07 10:59:51 Arriving at the destination city, about to distribute to the post office. I checked with post office and they did not have the package nor was it delivered. The website is now down.
