Item listed on Lidl.es webpage (we are US citizens in Spain), and order was placed through Lidl.es. We discovered the business was using the Lidl.es webpage as selling page. We placed our order on November 11. We never received a confirmation email confirming our purchase. We attempted to call the company at the number listed to cancel our purchase immediately when we discovered that the item was not, in fact at a local store under whose website the item was being sold. The phone number listed for the company was not in service. When I did send an email within a few hours of ordering the item and requested the order be cancelled, I received an email reply within the hour informing me that the item had been shipped already, so a refund could not be processed. Considering it had been only a few hours since I had placed the order, I understood it was very unlikely that the item had actually been shipped already. We received an email the following day with tracking information via a tracking company called HMG Shipping, which claims the item had not, in fact, been shipped at the time that email was sent. After doing online research into this company, and finding information confirming my suspicions about the company Ibrahim Deal, as well as the tracking company HMG Shipping, I requested a Dispute of Charge with my credit card. The tracking information sent to us by Ibrahimdeal.com indicates that the package was delivered on 12/12/2025, and it never was. We received no packages, no communication from any delivery service. It is mentioned in many online reviews of this company that this is what happened to those other customers as well. The website showed clothing from Soft Surroundings. It was “clearanced” at discounted rates. I ordered several items and received an email from “Ibrahimdeal.com” with a reference number but no expected delivery date or tracking number. I contacted my card company immediately and they opened a dispute. A month later, I was told the dispute was closed with no explanation as to why.
