The order was placed on their website and said it would be 9 day shipping. Enough time for it to get here by Christmas. Then they sent a link saying it had shipped from china and no tracking has moved. The tracking link they gave us went to a know scammers tracker. The website and tracking team are real but they don’t ship the packages them selves to people have used it to create fake shipping orders. The tracking site was 17track.net https://m.17track.net/en/track-details?nums=YT2534600705699153. We had contacted them multiple times and they always got back to us saying it was delayed at customs but the package never showed it moved. The last email communication was them saying the package should be shipped either December 31st or January 1st. After they have been saying all month it was already shipped and they are keeping a close eye on it. [BBB Scam Type: Online Purchase] [Business: theRetroSnapp] [Location: KY, USA - 42633]

I placed my order (#91019)on 12/11/2025 and was told the item was on its way 12/12/2025 (tracking # JSELX1297370028YQ). When I clicked on the link (https://m.17track.net/en/track-details#nums=JSELX1297370028YQ) it says that the order was received at some warehouse in China. I figured since it was ordered in December it may be a bit delayed due to the holidays. I waited until after Christmas to check and the tracking number said invalid so I reached out to the company via email and was given the same tracking number again. I checked it and it still said received at the warehouse in China. At this point I was pretty frustrated and reached back out to only be told they apologize for the delay and could give me a 15% refund of my order and would request that the item be expedited if I was willing to wait. It’s almost been a month since the order was placed and no refund or product. I’ve asked for a follow up on my order and keep getting the automated response about not sending multiple emails. I ordered the snugglewarm heathug blanket on 12/16/25 for a Christmas gift from the site that looks legit and has "80,000" happy customers with 17,673 reviews. I received an item on 1/9/26 that does not match the item as described. No heating element and no foot pocket. I supposedly had expedited shipping that was tracked and insured. The tracking link took me to m.17track.net from China. I have emailed for a return with no response. The return contact email says [email protected] . if you click that link you get [email protected] which is an invalid domain.
