These "shoes" are the worst quality I've literally ever seen. They are advertised as orthopedic shoes, but are made up of what I assume is thin vinyl poorly glued to a cardboard upper, and the sole is hard and thin and offers zero support or cushioning as advertised. They claim to have "easy returns" but when you read the fine print, you have to pay to return these back to China which will cost about 2/3ds of what I paid for the shoes so not worth it. But not only that, they say "Please note that all sale items are final and cannot be returned." (https://orthoeva.com/pages/refund-policy). But *everything* on the site appears to be on "sale" at all times. I will be putting in a dispute with my credit card company. @media (min-width:768px){.css-1w6dufj{-webkit-box-flex:0;-webkit-flex-grow:0;-ms-flex-positive:0;flex-grow:0;-webkit-flex-basis:auto;-ms-flex-preferred-size:auto;flex-basis:auto;width:calc(100% * 6 / var(--Grid-parent-columns) - (var(--Grid-parent-columns) - 6) * (va [BBB Scam Type: Counterfeit Product] [Business: Ortho Eva] [Location: MN, USA - 55104]
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from website: orthoeva.com. A complete scam. Website shows leather-looking shoes, but when they arrived they were plastic, stunk, and very cheaply made. They also sent the wrong size. When I contacted them through their website, indicating the size was wrong, and that I wanted a refund, they said they’d send the correct size. They indicated that I had to send them back to China, to determine if I qualified for a refund. The postage would have been more than the cost of the shoes. So far, I haven’t received, nor been charged for another 2 pairs of shoes. I’m ready to cancel my credit card so they don’t have access to it. A complete scam.
