Conduent Business Services claimed to inform me about a personal information data breach of my name, address, and SSN. They claimed this was a result of a data breach to a current or former health plan of mine that took place on January 13, 2025. The letter offered to set me up to enroll in complimentary identity monitoring services for 12 months with Epiq's Privacy Solutions ID (www.privacysolutionsid.com). It also provided recommendations on how to secure my data, ie obtaining a credit report, placing a fraud alert, and initiating a security freeze. received letter from Conduent saying my information had been part of a data breach and was provided website and activation code to enroll in complimentary indentity monitoring services: 12-month membership of Epiq's Privacy Solutions ID. The website., www.privacysolutionsid.com has a "activate account" button which loads a page requiring entering personal details, including full social security number. I didn't think this was a scam until it was requiring my full ssn with no explanation or secure login protocol, etc. Letter is dated December 31, 2025. Mailed February 12, 2026. The letter says it's being sent on behalf of originator's "clients, Conduent" but the letter is signed and labeled and having originated from Conduent. I received a letter from Marquis Software Solutions, a former digital and physical marketing and communications vendor for Whitefish Credit Union, tell me about a recent data security incident that involved my information. My wife and I each received letter in postal mail between February 7, 2026 and February 14, 2026--that is back-dated to December 31, 2025. Letter appears to be from Conduent "Secure Processing Center" explaining the have been hacked and provides steps to take to protect identity, including freezing our credit with the 3 bureaus (info provided looks correct) and going to www.privacysolutionsid.com to receive a complimentary identity monitoring service. Looked up Epiq, which has very extensive website but looks suspicious due to weird photos and a few strangely-worded things.
